Referral Program Terms

Introduction

Muse Media LLC offers a convenient referral program. We recognize that “word of mouth” recommendations are one of the highest compliments a company
can receive, and we would like to give back. We’ve developed a simple referral program as another way of extending our thanks to you for sending
new clients our way.

Eligibility

Based on the referred client's contract you will receive 5% of final total upon completion of project. This offer applies to anyone 18 years and older who refers a new customer to Muse Media LLC. Affiliate and reseller plans as well as any other promotional rewards are excluded from this offer. This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

Payments

Only upon completion of the project will payment be made. Checks will be applied within 10 business days after your referral’s project has closed
and remains a customer in good standing with Muse Media LLC.

Limits

No limit applies to the number of individual rewards that can be given for individual referrals.

Your name must be mentioned at the beginning of the process, no rewards will be given after the project has begun.

Details of this program are subject to change without notice.

Muse Media LLC has the right to revoke rewards for violations to this or any other term of service, fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial
change in business circumstances.
